DCCPTA 2026 Scholarships for Graduating Seniors
Thank you for your interest in applying for the DCCPTA 2025-2026 Scholarship for Graduating Seniors.
The purpose of this scholarship is to acknowledge the achievements of Duval County graduating high school
seniors for their volunteer service and advocacy through PTA/PTSAs in their school(s) and community and
provide an incentive for students to continue their education.
To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:
1) be a 2026 graduating senior of a Duval County high school, (including Florida Virtual School, Duval Virtual
and Duval County Charter Schools). Florida Virtual students must show proof of Duval County residence.
2) have their own student membership with a local unit in good standing or through the Sunshine State PTA.
Students must be a PTSA member as of 11:59 PM, Sunday, March 1, 2026.
3) have an unweighted cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
4) submit completed application form, including recommendation letters and transcript Cumulative Summary
page, essay pages and proof of your PTSA membership no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
5) enroll as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited post-secondary institution by Fall 2026.
